Our hope is that what you order from Morning Lola will arrive safely and that you love it! But when something isn’t right, we want to help out.
All of our products are carefully inspected prior to shipment. Any present damages will likely have occurred during/post shipping.
We are currently only accepting returns/exchanges for defective items.
Returns
If your order has arrived damaged or has an issue due to a craftmanship error, we will accept returns within 14 days of the original shipping date.
To start a return, please contact us and we will do what is best for your situation.
Refunds will be processed after we have received your return and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 business days.
Exchanges
We will replace an item that has arrived damaged or has another issue due to a craftmanship error within 14 days of the original shipping date.

Shipping
Items marked as “Ready to ship” in the product description are shipped within 3-5 business days.
Based on your location, the time it will take to receive an exchanged item will vary.
As of this time, shipping is only available to customers living in the United States.
We are still in the early stages of Morning Lola and will be working hard to make the return and exchange processes easier as we progress. As of this time, all return postage must be paid for by the customer.
